Prescheduled Networking Meetings
Throughout the conference there will be up to 2,000 private one-on-one prescheduled networking meetings through the Corporate Wellness Magazine’s proprietary networking software. Prior to arriving at the conference, attendees will be able to go online to see who else is attending and then request meetings. Upon the acceptance of the other person the software will then schedule the networking meeting to be held in our dedicated networking rooms. Attendees can pre-schedule up to 50 private one-on-one networking meetings during the conference.

This will be an advanced and intense educational session on a detail analysis of how healthcare reform's legislation's different provisions affect corporate wellness plans. This detailed analysis of Healthcare Reform will give you the answers and solutions of how Healthcare Reform affects your organization. This session will also examine new opportunities that Healthcare Reform provides to the corporate wellness industry.
Session 2
Employers Using Social Networking to Engage Employees in Corporate Wellness
Learn how employers are utilizing social networks to communicate, educate and enroll employees in corporate wellness. Also, learn how they are using social networks to keep employees and plan members “engaged” in the corporate wellness plan.
Session 3
Employer Case Study in Value Based Benefit Design
Learn from several employers on the successful implementation of value based benefit design in their group health insurance plan. Value Based Benefit Design is being hailed as one of the most exciting and creative methods to lower health care costs and change employees behavior and culture in order to achieve healthier lifestyles. Value Based Benefit Design adjusts what a plan member or employee would pay for out of pocket costs for their healthcare services based on the clinical benefit to that individual patient. Learn how to properly design a value based benefit plan and what the proper incentives are to give to specific types of plan members with different health conditions. Also, learn how to design your prescription drug plan and copayment plan for plan members with certain health conditions, such as asthma and diabetes, and how this can significantly reduce your health plans medical costs by possibly preventing medical costs such as emergency room visits and hospitalizations.

Disease Management and Diabetes Management Programs that Work
Learn what the most effective disease management and diabetes management programs are that employers are implementing. Management is one of the most important aspects of a group health insurance plan and is the gatekeeper to potential expensive and catastrophic medical claims. Learn which disease management tools really work, what the most recent trends in new disease management programs are and how they differ from the traditional disease management programs.

Employer Case Study in Evidenced Based Wellness
This session will feature employers who have implemented Evidence Based Wellness Programs with successful results. Learn what these employers did and how they properly implemented and integrated their evidence based wellness program into their group health insurance plan.
Session 6
Creating the Right Incentives
Learn what the best rewards and incentive programs are that you can offer to employees and plan members to “change” behavior and make them adopt more healthy lifestyles. This session will cover rewards based incentive programs that range from stress reduction, to smoking cessation, to healthy eating and weight management and other corporate wellness programs.
Session 7
Targeted Health Promotion and Disease Management for Specific Health Conditions
This session will discuss how employers are implementing targeted health promotion for specific health conditions that typically incur the greatest costs for group health insurance plans. Targeting specific health conditions can happen through many avenues from “data mining” claims data, Utilization Review and Case Management. This session will also deal with the HIPAA Privacy issues associated with targeted health promotion.
Session 8
Corporate Health and Wellness Association (CHWA) Annual Industry Meeting and Membership Meeting (Open to All)
This will be the 2nd Annual meeting of the Corporate Health and Wellness Association, a non-profit trade association for the corporate wellness industry representing employers, agents, consultants, brokers, TPA’s, insurers and more. Learn about the CHWA’s past activities and its activities moving forward in the future.
Session 9
Consumer Driven Products, E-Health, Telemedicine and Other Innovative Tools and Their Integration in Corporate Wellness Plans
More employers, associations and groups are starting to implement consumer driven benefits and tools that can help the employee and their dependents become more educated consumers and to also extend their benefits further. These benefits can also help reduce absenteeism, increase retention and reduce turnover. Learn why Tele-Medicine, E-Medicine and other consumer driven benefits are becoming increasingly popular amongst employers and groups.
Session 10
Employers “Wish List” for Corporate Wellness Plans
Learn from several leading employers who offer corporate wellness plans what their “wish list” is for corporate wellness. Learn what new products or services they would like designed and what they would like changed with their existing corporate wellness plan(s) or how they are administered.
Session 11
Consulting Firms Views and Insights into Corporate Wellness Plans
This session will examine several of the leading consulting firms and producers of corporate wellness plans, what their views are on corporate wellness and where the industry is headed.

Workshop 1
Healthcare Reform Certification™
Attend the post conference certification workshops and upon completion receive a certification in Healthcare Reform. This certification is specifically for CFO’s, Benefit Managers/HR, health insurance agents and consultants, TPA’s, and insurers. The purpose of the certification is to show the recipient has received advanced education in Healthcare Reform and has an understanding of the rules, regulations and compliance issues under Healthcare Reform. The certification shows that the recipient also has been educated by some of the nation’s experts on Healthcare Reform and has the ability to better advise those involved in the healthcare industry on the true affects and compliance issues under Healthcare Reform.

Introduction to Corporate Wellness
This workshop will explain corporate wellness to new employers, agents, brokers, consultants and TPA’s who are interested in corporate wellness.
Workshop 3
Corporate Wellness Certification Course
This course will be a four hour intense and advanced course on corporate wellness. Several leading experts in corporate wellness will teach this corporate wellness certification course, which will cover how to choose and implement effective corporate wellness programs, how to enroll corporate wellness programs, how to get employees and family members to engage in corporate wellness and how to measure the success or failure of your corporate wellness program. The corporate wellness certification course will also cover how to administer a corporate wellness program. This course is for employers, health insurance agents, consultants, brokers and TPA’s.
At the end of the course attendees will receive a certification in corporate wellness (CCW). *Each year individuals who have received a Corporate Wellness Certification (CCW) Designation must complete 4 additional hours of continuing education to maintain their Corporate Wellness Certification (CCW).
Workshop 4
Cutting Edge “Engagement” Techniques for Corporate Wellness Programs
Learn from several of the leading corporate wellness specialists what methods they have used to receive higher engagement and utilization within corporate wellness programs. Learn what engagement methods don’t work and why some companies are receiving significantly higher engagement in corporate wellness than others.
Workshop 5
Creating Onsite Medical and Pharmacy Clinics
This workshop will explain from start to finish how to setup an onsite medical or pharmacy clinic at your corporate location. It will cover everything from the initial costs and planning, to running the onsite clinic on an ongoing basis, to how to properly integrate the onsite clinic into your current group health insurance plan. The workshop will also include case studies of the cost savings and Return on Investment from onsite clinics.
