Daniel Rigato

Mr. Rigato is an Employee Benefits Administrator for the City of Las Vegas.  With over 30 years of experience in employee group benefits, marketing, finance and human resources Mr. Rigato brings a unique perspective to the development and management of group benefit plans.  Prior to joining the city  Mr. Rigato’s work experience included operating his own consulting firm,working as a CFO for small/mid-sized businesses in several industries including, automotive supply, insurance, corporate travel and environmental.  As a CFO he led various initiatives focusing on process improvement, business development, sales/marketing and customer service enhancements.  In addition, Mr. Rigato has held various adjunct teaching positions with the University of Michigan – Dearborn and Davenport University.

Mr. Rigato is a creative, customer focused employee benefits, marketing and financial professional, focused on providing best in class service to his internal clients (employees) as well as corporate clients.  Mr. Rigato has worked with clients in the review and evaluation of their operational and organizational structures as well as business process reengineering and group benefit plan designs.

 

Mr. Rigato’s education and experience have assisted him in taking a look at group benefits from a different angle with a focus on consumer behavior, marketing and the financial impact of benefit plan enhancements.  Mr. Rigato holds an MBA degree in Finance from Wayne State University as well as a BSBA degree in Operations Management from Wayne State University.
