Ira P. Finn is Senior Manager of Benefits at Komatsu America Corp in Chicago, IL. Komatsu America Corp. is the second largest manufacturer of construction, mining and utility equipment. Ira is responsible for the design, administration, compliance and communication of all benefit programs including health and welfare programs, 401(k), defined benefits and defined compensation plans.

Ira is Chairman with the Board of Directors for the Profit Sharing Council of America; Ira’s expertise is in project management of employee benefit programs. In addition, Ira has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Bradley University.
