Jo Johnson currently serves at ABM Industries, Inc Director of Benefits, and is responsible for managing the carriers and administration of various employee benefits plans such as life, national and limited benefit plans, dental, disability, 401k plans for over 100,000 employees. She has developed created and oversees the Benefit Shared Services group which manages transactional, administrative and standardize benefit services.

Prior to joining ABM, Jo worked at KBR, Global Engineering Construction and Services Company. Primary responsibility managing the benefit plans for over 50,000 International employees and 20,000 Domestic employees.
