Randy Moon is an accomplished professional with 25 years of diverse legal and management experience. Randy joined ADM in 2002 where he has served in a number of Senior Human Resources roles. At ADM, Mr. Moon is responsible for establishing the alignment and developing the strategy concerning benefit plans for ADM’s 27,000 employees in 60 countries. In addition, he is responsible for human resource information systems, administration and human capital issues relating to mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Moon received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School.
