Robyn Piper is co-founder of Piper Jordan, a national employee benefits firm, where she oversees the limited-benefit health practice; launching and managing non-benefit eligible employee benefit programs for large and middle-market employers. Robyn is also President of Piper Consulting where she provides consulting services to carriers wishing to enter the market or to enhance their current limited-benefit platform.
As co-founder of Piper Jordan, Robyn shares responsibility for the development, communication, administration and measurement of limited-benefit health plans and voluntary workplace benefits. Piper Jordan is built around the core values of controlling employer cost without sacrificing value and quality; creating administrative efficiencies; offering benefits of worth; and providing education to employees and their dependents.
Throughout her 17-year career in benefits administration outsourcing (12 years dedicated to limited-benefit health plans), Robyn has proved to be invaluable to her clients as she is an expert at building powerful platforms which provide a single management interface for all transactions between employers, employees and their carriers. Robyn has an established history of driving teams to create innovate and scalable solutions on a national basis that deliver value to clients and to members and enable profitable growth in terms of member enrollments and employer-recognized ROI.
Prior to these roles, Robyn was a Vice President of Willis North America, Vice President of Client Services for a division of CNA Insurance and Senior Vice President of Unified Management Corporation, an outsourcing company that provided outsourcing services to over 25,000 employees. With experience as a broker, a consultant, a carrier representative and an executive of a large employer, Robyn has developed a unique background and she is often called upon as a spokesperson on key employee benefit issues and on state healthcare initiatives. She has served on many local and regional associations over the years and has consulted for some of the largest healthcare organizations nationally.
